Chandler, Arizona, United States, March 2026 — Intel has named Cindi Harper as Vice President, People Solutions, marking a new chapter in her three-decade-long career with the company. In her new role, Harper leads a global organization responsible for delivering integrated, end-to-end HR experiences across the candidate and employee lifecycle, with a focus on advancing Intel’s HR technology strategy and enabling scalable, people-centered solutions supported by services, technology, and data-driven insights.
Harper’s appointment builds on her extensive leadership within Intel’s HR organization. Prior to this move, she served as Vice President, Human Resources – Talent Planning & Acquisition, where she led enterprise-wide workforce planning and recruitment priorities. Her remit included executive and enterprise talent planning, key talent pool management, job taxonomy and architecture, executive search, global recruitment marketing and delivery, university and intern programs, and diversity and inclusion recruitment.
Earlier, Harper was Senior Director, Human Resources, where she led strategic and operational HR support for the global HR organization and served as a trusted adviser to the Chief People Officer and senior HR leadership. In that capacity, she supported initiatives spanning organizational and talent development, succession planning, leadership development, and engagement efforts across the function.
With this transition into People Solutions, Harper’s leadership is expected to further strengthen Intel’s HR service delivery and digital enablement, simplifying how employees engage with HR and ensuring the people experience evolves in line with business priorities and future growth.
