Luxembourg City, Luxembourg, March 2026 — SES Satellites has announced the appointment of Anna Shevchenko as Director, HR Digital Solutions. In her new role, Shevchenko will focus on advancing HR technology and digital solutions that strengthen employee experience, enable data-driven decision-making, and support scalable people operations across the organization.
Shevchenko joins SES with extensive experience across global HRIS, HR technology, and analytics leadership roles, bringing a strong track record in building and modernizing HR digital ecosystems for complex, multinational environments.
Before taking on this position, she was associated with Barry Callebaut Group as Global HRIS Head, where she led HR information systems priorities and supported enterprise-wide HR technology programs.
Earlier, she spent several years with Wargaming as Global Head of HR Technology & Analytics, overseeing global HR tech and analytics capabilities and driving initiatives aimed at improving HR operational effectiveness and insight generation.
Shevchenko also built foundational expertise in HRIS transformation and rewards leadership through roles in PepsiCo, where she worked as Market & Change Lead / HRIS Project Manager (SAP SF) and earlier as a Senior Rewards Specialist, contributing to HR systems implementation and people process improvement.
In addition, she has held responsibilities in rewards, people planning, and HR budgeting at FIDOBANK, and began her career journey in rewards with OTP Bank, developing deep domain knowledge in HR operations, compensation frameworks, and HR process governance. She was also associated as an AIFOD Fellow with the AI for Developing Countries Forum, reflecting her interest in broader technology and impact-led initiatives.
