Timișoara, Romania, November 2025 — FORVIA HELLA, a leading global automotive supplier specializing in high-performance lighting technology, vehicle electronics, and lifecycle solutions, has announced the appointment of Irina Stan as Global Head of Human Resources GBS.
In her new role, Irina will lead the global HR shared services function, overseeing strategy, transformation, and operational excellence across FORVIA HELLA’s worldwide HR delivery ecosystem. Her leadership focuses on driving digital HR initiatives, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring seamless integration across global processes within the company’s Group Business Services (GBS) division.
Irina brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources, business services, and operational management. She has been part of FORVIA HELLA for over four years, most recently serving as Head of HR Business Services, where she successfully strengthened HR governance frameworks, optimized service delivery operations, and built scalable solutions to support business growth across regions.
Before joining FORVIA HELLA, Irina spent over six years with Accenture, where she held key leadership positions, including HR Service Delivery Lead for EMEA. In this role, she managed large HR transformation projects, implemented performance-driven SLAs and KPIs, and led cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality centralized HR services. Her earlier experience as HR Operations Team Leader and Human Resources Specialist provided her with a comprehensive understanding of process excellence, employee engagement, and global HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
Irina began her career at Carpatair, where she spent nearly a decade mastering customer service, process adherence, and team management in a high-precision operational environment. Her journey from aviation operations to global HR leadership exemplifies her adaptability, people-centric approach, and continuous pursuit of excellence.
