Kyiv, Kyiv City, Ukraine, October 2024 – Iryna Kravchuk has been appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition at Opinov8, where she will lead efforts to scale and strengthen the talent acquisition strategy for the company.
Iryna’s journey at Opinov8 began in 2021 when she joined as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, playing a vital role in developing recruitment processes and enhancing the overall talent strategy. She quickly progressed, taking on the role of Talent Acquisition Lead in 2024, where she led critical hiring initiatives and ensured efficient talent sourcing across the company’s operations.
Before her time at Opinov8, Iryna spent over 3 years at Zaelab, where she served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Generalist. During her tenure, she was responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers, and managing onboarding processes for new hires.
Iryna’s early career also includes a role as a Recruiting Specialist at PERSONNEL Executive, where she gained extensive experience in candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and leading recruitment projects for diverse clients.
In addition, she served as an IT Recruiting Sourcer at Vitaver Staffing in Florida, where she developed key skills in managing candidate databases, processing resumes, and supporting IT recruitment efforts for various positions. She also worked as an English Language Teacher at the National Technical University of Ukraine.
