Before joining Qream Design Agency, Iryna served as Learning and Development Manager at Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine, where she pioneered the creation of an AI Learning Community with an engagement score of NPS 92. She led the implementation of an L&D chatbot, supported the migration to Juno Journey LMS, and collaborated with key stakeholders to shape the bank’s Learning and Development strategy for 2025. Her work focused on integrating technology and learning, transforming knowledge into actionable, digital-first solutions that enhanced organizational capability.

Prior to that, she worked with Inoxoft as People and Learning Partner, where she automated the L&D process and launched AcademyX, an external learning program through which 16 new hires joined the organization. She also established key partnerships with Israel IT and the Lviv IT Cluster, aligning the company’s learning initiatives with the larger tech ecosystem.

Earlier in her career, Iryna spent over three years with Nestlé, progressing from Junior Training and Learning Specialist to Training and Learning Specialist. At Nestlé, she managed training systems through the Cornerstone LMS, developed the department’s Functional Competency Matrix, and drove key initiatives for learning effectiveness and leadership capability enhancement.

Iryna began her professional journey as a Recruiter, where she developed a foundation in talent acquisition and competency-based interviewing—skills that continue to inform her people-centric approach today. Her career reflects a seamless blend of human development, digital learning, and organizational transformation.

An alumna of the AGH University of Krakow, where she earned her Master’s degree in Finance Management, Iryna brings an analytical mindset to HR leadership—combining business insight with creativity and empathy to shape inclusive, learning-driven workplaces.
