With over 16 years of cross-sectoral experience in finance, strategy, and investments, Isha’s elevation underscores Mahindra Logistics’ commitment to strengthening its financial leadership as it enters the next chapter of growth and transformation.
Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Head – Group FP&A & Chief Risk Officer at Mahindra Group, Isha leads enterprise-level financial planning and risk management initiatives. Prior to this, she spent close to three years at Unilever, where she held leadership roles including Head – Supply Chain Finance, HUL and GM – Finance Excellence Team, steering performance management and strategic finance initiatives.
Her foundational years were shaped in the investment world, with nearly seven years at Multiples Alternate Asset Management, where she honed her expertise in private equity investments and portfolio strategies. Isha also worked with Ambit Corporate Finance in investment banking and began her professional journey with stints at EY and CNBC-TV18, showcasing a rare blend of analytical depth and business storytelling.
