Prior to ShipBob, Isha worked at PeopleStrong for nearly five years, where she held leadership roles including Senior Manager RPO and Manager RPO. She managed end-to-end project delivery for multiple clients, overseeing large-scale hiring operations across IT, engineering, insurance, and e-commerce industries, while also leading large teams and ensuring compliance, efficiency, and recruitment innovation.

Earlier in her career, Isha held the role of Manager – Business Development, Operations & Client Engagement at MyRefers, supporting fast-growing companies in scaling through referral-driven hiring. Before that, she was Engagement Manager at Infollion Research Services, managing key accounts across Private Equity and consulting sectors, and generating significant business growth through expert talent engagement.
