Cairo, Egypt, April 2025 – Ismael Garcia has joined Kalamcx as the new Head of Global Talent Acquisition, where he will lead the company’s international hiring strategy to support its expansion across customer experience, translation, and BPO solutions. In this role, Ismael will be responsible for building scalable sourcing frameworks, enhancing recruitment technologies, and creating a best-in-class global hiring experience to fuel Kalamcx’s continued growth.
Prior to joining Kalamcx, Ismael Garcia served as Regional Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Sourcing – LATAM at Alorica, where he was responsible for sourcing strategies and recruitment operations across nine countries and fifteen locations. His focus on driving innovation and improving the candidate experience made him a pivotal part of Alorica’s talent function across Latin America.
Previously, Ismael worked as Human Resources Manager at Neural Technology Solutions, leading HR operations and talent management for the fast-growing technology company. He played a key role in implementing strategic HR policies, onboarding programs, and talent development plans that fostered a high-performance culture and business alignment.
Earlier, he was the Recruitment Manager at One Park Financial, a fintech company, where he scaled operations by leading site expansion efforts and built leadership teams that supported rapid growth across multiple locations. He also held HR roles at Call Center Pros and Convergys Intelligent Contact, where he contributed to large-scale recruitment and HRIS transformation projects.
