Manila, Philippines, September 2025 — Ivey Lauren D. has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources – Logistics at FAST Logistics Group. In this role, she will work with a team of over 80 HR professionals to drive people initiatives for the largest logistics company in the Philippines.
Before joining FAST Logistics Group, Ivey worked at DB Schenker, where she served as Chief People Officer for the Philippines & Indonesia Cluster and earlier as Chief People Officer for the Philippines. She was responsible for developing HR strategies across recruitment, talent management, learning and development, HRIS, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
Prior to that, she held the role of Country HR Manager at V.Group, overseeing HR functions for multiple entities within the Philippines. She led people change initiatives, improved employee benefits programs, and implemented organizational harmonization measures.
Earlier in her career, Ivey had a long tenure with Schneider Electric, where she served in several HR leadership roles including HR Business Partner Manager for Finance Shared Services and Global HR Business Partner Manager for IT Business – Supply Chain and Quality. She successfully drove global HR transformation programs, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership development across multiple countries.
She began her HR career with APC by Schneider Electric, holding progressive roles in learning and development, plant operations HR, and support functions HR, which built a strong foundation for her subsequent leadership positions.
