Durning joined Idox plc in August 2024 as Head of Organisational Development & Design, playing a key role in shaping talent, learning & development, internal communications, and digital marketing strategies. Their leadership has been instrumental in aligning people strategies with business goals, fostering innovation, and enhancing the company’s employer brand.
With over two decades of experience in HR leadership, organizational transformation, and change management, Durning has held executive and consulting roles at Glasgow Credit Union, Aliter Capital, Sponge Learning, Fnality International, and Castlefirth. As a leadership coach and strategic consultant, they have guided C-suite executives in cultural transformation, DE&I strategies, and organizational growth initiatives.
Earlier in their career, Durning held leadership positions at Sponge Learning, Sky, and NAB, driving business change, learning & development, and talent strategy. Their expertise in business transformation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic HR leadership makes them a key asset in driving Idox plc’s people and culture strategy forward.
