Greater Boston, United States, April 2026 — Erin Healy has joined Crane Payment Innovations as Vice President Human Resources. In this role, she is responsible for leading the company’s people strategy, advancing HR capabilities, building leadership strength, and supporting organizational growth through strong talent, processes, and culture. Her appointment marks an important leadership addition for the organization as it continues to expand its global footprint in automated payment solutions.
Before joining Crane Payment Innovations, Erin Healy served at Thermo Fisher Scientific as Senior Director, Human Resources PSG Commercial. Prior to that, she held the role of Senior Director, Human Resources – Life Sciences & Laboratory Products, Group Functions, where she supported key HR priorities within a leading life sciences and laboratory products environment. These roles further strengthened her profile as a senior HR leader with experience in complex, large-scale organizations.
Earlier, she worked at Axalta as Director, Human Resources, supporting Global Refinish and Mobility Operations as well as the Global Procurement Team. In that role, she added valuable experience across global operations, procurement, and business-facing HR leadership.
A major part of her earlier professional journey was built at GE Aviation, where she spent nearly nine years across multiple human resources leadership roles. These included HR Business Partner for Assembly & Test Operations, HR Manager/Business Partner, Senior HR Manager, and Labor Relations Manager. Across these assignments, she built deep experience in labor relations, business partnership, operations support, and people leadership in a major industrial and aviation business environment.
Before transitioning into corporate HR leadership, Erin Healy began her earlier professional career in legal roles, serving as Associate at Adams Stern Gutierrez & Lattiboudere, LLC and before that as Associate at Decker Magaw. This legal background adds further depth to her experience and contributes to her strong foundation in labor relations, organizational matters, and people-related governance.
Her career reflects a strong and steady progression across legal, labor relations, business partnership, and executive HR leadership roles. With experience spanning industrial, aviation, coatings, life sciences, and commercial business environments, Erin Healy brings a broad and accomplished people leadership profile to her new role at Crane Payment Innovations.
