Pune, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 — Ivneet Kaur Sethi has stepped into the role of Head of Manufacturing – India and Nepal at Maccaferri, a global leader in civil and geotechnical engineering solutions. Based in Pune, Ivneet will lead manufacturing operations across both countries, with a strong focus on operational excellence, team leadership, and sustainable process improvement.
Ivneet brings with her over 16 years of extensive experience across top-tier manufacturing and industrial organizations. Prior to joining Maccaferri, she spent over six years at Amazon Transportation Services, where she served as Operations Manager. During her tenure, she led cross-functional teams and drove key initiatives around process improvement, training, and high-performance operations in a complex logistics environment.
Before Amazon, she held the position of Plant Operations Manager at Multi Wing, where she was responsible for optimizing plant productivity and streamlining manufacturing processes. Her earlier roles at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd (Crompton Greaves) and Johnson & Johnson further strengthened her capabilities in lean manufacturing, team management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ivneet began her career with Cummins India Ltd as an Assistant Manager, where she built foundational skills in manufacturing excellence, cultural diversity, and operational leadership. With a strong reputation for people management and hands-on execution, she has consistently delivered results across diverse industrial domains.
In her new role at Maccaferri, Ivneet will be instrumental in scaling the company’s production footprint, enhancing quality standards, and driving innovation in line with global best practices. Her leadership marks a significant step in Maccaferri’s commitment to engineering-driven growth in South Asia.
