Princeton, NJ, United States, June 2024 – Jaclyn Mareno has been appointed as the new Associate Director – People and Leadership Capabilities at Novo Nordisk. With a distinguished career spanning over 6 years at Novo Nordisk, Jaclyn is well-prepared to lead the company’s people and leadership initiatives in her new role.
Jaclyn Mareno has been an integral part of Novo Nordisk since November 2017. Before taking on her new role, she served as an Employee Relations Manager, coaching over 125 commercial sales leaders in resolving employee relations issues and performance management strategies. From March 2022 to June 2024, Jaclyn also held the position of Associate Director, Employee Relations, where she facilitated professional development and continuous improvement across business units.
Prior to joining Novo Nordisk, Jaclyn served as an Employee Relations Manager at McMaster-Carr from May 2015 to June 2017, providing HR and ER leadership across a warehouse distribution center. She also worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Human Resources Business Partner, supporting the Research and Development organization. Earlier in her career, Jaclyn was the Director of Human Resources at Achieve3000, Inc., where she transformed the HR department from an administrative function to a full-service department, overseeing company growth from 50 to 300 employees. She also served as a Human Resources Generalist at Victory Schools, Inc. and started her career as a Research Intern at the Center for Women and Work.
