In his new role, he will continue to drive global client success, digital engineering, and enterprise modernization initiatives, building on his impactful leadership as SVP & GM – Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI). With over two decades of diverse experience, including leadership positions at Commonwealth Bank and Infosys Technologies Ltd, Jaideep has a proven record of delivering large-scale transformation programs, establishing new business lines, and expanding Persistent’s BFSI footprint worldwide. His appointment reflects Persistent Systems’ commitment to succession planning, strategic transformation, and seamless execution.
Over the last 11 years at Persistent Systems, Jaideep has served in multiple leadership roles, including Group Delivery Head, General Manager for BFSI, and Delivery Head for the BFSI vertical. During this time, he has been instrumental in leading high-performing teams, building innovative solutions, and enhancing customer satisfaction across global markets.
Before this, Jaideep worked at Commonwealth Bank as Executive Manager, where he contributed to strategic technology initiatives that supported the bank’s transformation agenda. His 8-year journey at Infosys Technologies Ltd honed his skills in managing large-scale delivery operations, fostering client partnerships, and driving technology-enabled business outcomes.
