Delhi, India, September 2025 – Jaisharma has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer for Schneider Electric’s Greater India Zone, marking a pivotal elevation in his 11-year journey with the global energy management and automation leader. Her appointment underscores Schneider Electric’s continued emphasis on internal leadership development and strategic financial stewardship in the region.
In his previous role as Director of Business Finance and Head of FP&A India, Jaisharma led critical financial functions including planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering across Schneider Electric’s Indian operations. Prior to that, he served as Senior General Manager – Business Finance India, where he was responsible for driving rolling forecasts, performance evaluations, and providing data-driven insights into key performance indicators that influenced strategic decisions.
Before joining Schneider Electric, Jaisharma spent nearly six years at Tata Teleservices Ltd, where he played a foundational role in establishing the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) vertical for the enterprise finance function. His responsibilities included long-term strategic planning, budget development, KPI tracking, expense analysis, and operational synergy initiatives. He also led special projects focused on aligning financial structures and operational goals across business units.
With nearly two decades of experience in corporate finance, financial strategy, and performance management, Jaisharma is well-positioned to lead Schneider Electric’s financial vision in the Greater India Zone. His deep expertise in aligning financial functions with business transformation will be instrumental in accelerating Schneider Electric’s sustainable growth and digitalization journey in the region.
