Maputo, Mozambique, October 2025 — Safir Consulting, a leading organizational and information systems consulting firm based in Bamako, Mali, has announced the appointment of Jameet Breyna Dhillon as Head of Human Capital & BU Head – Training. In this dual leadership role, Jameet will spearhead Safir Consulting’s human capital strategy and training business unit, driving talent development, organizational transformation, and capability enhancement across Africa and global markets.

Jameet brings over two decades of global experience spanning human resources, academic leadership, operations, and project governance. Since joining Safir Consulting in 2023, she has served as Project Management Officer, leading governance frameworks and change management initiatives for SAP Business One and SAP S4HANA implementations. Her work in project planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change enablement has contributed to the firm’s operational excellence and client success.

Before Safir Consulting, Jameet served as Director of Academic & Operations at Valoris International University Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, for nearly nine years, where she advanced the university’s academic strategy, faculty performance, and student engagement programs. Earlier, she held key leadership roles at Aimia Inc in Malaysia, managing quality assurance for Virgin Australia’s Velocity Frequent Flyer program, and at TeleTech, serving as a Travel Consultant for Singapore Airlines – KrisFlyer.

Her multi-regional experience across Africa, Southeast Asia, and Oceania has shaped her expertise in leadership development, training management, project delivery, and organizational effectiveness. At Safir Consulting, Jameet will focus on strengthening people capabilities, expanding training offerings, and fostering a culture of learning excellence that supports the company’s SAP-driven consulting and systems integration services.
