Before his promotion, James Brec served as Human Resources Business Partner at EPIQ Machinery for over two years, where he played a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and driving employee engagement. His impactful contributions to workforce development and HR operations earned him this leadership position.

Prior to joining EPIQ Machinery, James held the role of Human Resources Generalist at Advantage Solutions, where he was instrumental in streamlining recruitment processes and implementing employee relations programs.

James also gained valuable experience at Amazon as a Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Generalist, contributing to HR operations and supporting organizational growth during his tenure.

Earlier in his career, James worked at Insurity as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Human Resources Intern, where he honed his skills in recruitment and HR coordination. His experience also includes teaching roles at Riverside School Board, providing him with a strong foundation in people management and communication.
