London, England, United Kingdom, November 2025 — James Orton has taken on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Kubus, marking a significant leadership addition as the company strengthens its global IT and cloud solutions capabilities. In his new role, Orton will focus on advancing Kubus’ financial strategy, supporting its international expansion, and driving operational and fiscal excellence across the organisation.
Prior to joining Kubus, James Orton served as Financial Director (CFO) at Superior Wellness, where he spent nearly three years leading financial governance, planning, and performance optimisation. His leadership contributed significantly to strengthening financial controls and supporting the organisation’s growth trajectory in the wellness and lifestyle sector.
Before Superior Wellness, Orton was the Chief Financial Officer at Nuvias UC, where he guided financial transformation initiatives and supported strategic growth across the unified communications business. His role involved driving commercial outcomes, enabling business scalability, and enhancing financial operations across the UK.
Earlier, he served as Board Advisor at Nuvias Group and M&A Executive at Rigby Group Plc, where he spent seven years driving acquisition strategies, corporate development, and investment decisions. His experience in evaluating complex transactions and leading M&A execution positioned him strongly for senior financial leadership roles.
Orton began his career with an extensive twelve-year tenure at PwC, where he worked as Senior Manager, Advisory within Corporate Advisory, Transaction Services, Audit, and Assurance. This foundational phase built his expertise across financial diligence, organisational assessment, governance, and strategic advisory.
