Manchester, New Hampshire, USA, May 2024 – Jason Golden has been promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer at Mainstay Technologies. In his new role, Jason will lead the company’s strategic initiatives, drive innovation, and ensure the continuous growth and success of the organization.
Jason has been with Mainstay Technologies for nearly seven years, where he has held several key positions. Prior to his promotion to CEO, he served as President from September 2021 to May 2024, during which he played a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s IT and information security services.
Before that, he was the Chief Operating Officer from June 2020 to September 2021, where he was responsible for streamlining operations and implementing comprehensive IT solutions. His journey at Mainstay began as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) from July 2017 to September 2021, where he developed and led the company’s information security programs, ensuring compliance with various security standards such as CMMC, NIST, HIPAA, and others.
Before joining Mainstay Technologies, Jason held various leadership roles at The NHHEAF Network Organizations for over 15 years. His positions included CIO, COO, CISO, and VP of IT. In these roles, he managed IT operations, led security initiatives, and supported national student loan servicing and federal contracting.
Jason’s earlier career includes serving as the Data Center & Network Operations Center Manager at The Taylor Group/ManagedOps from 2000 to 2002, and as a Systems Engineer from 1997 to 2000. He also served as a USAF & Air National Guard Military Police – Security Specialist in the United States Air Force from 1992 to 1997, where he gained significant experience in security and operations.
