London Area, United Kingdom, June 2025 – Jay Varsani has been appointed as Head of People Programme and Operations at A2Dominion Group. In this strategic leadership role, Jay will spearhead the delivery of People Services programmes, service centre operations, and continuous improvement initiatives across the function. She will be responsible for programme governance, business planning, risk management, budget oversight, and delivering key change projects aligned with organisational priorities.
Jay’s most recent appointment builds upon his 13-year tenure at A2Dominion Group. Over the past six years, she served as HR Programme and Projects Manager, where she oversaw HR initiatives, work plans, budgets, and risk registers in alignment with business objectives. Jay acted as a strategic partner on complex ER cases, championed Diversity & Inclusion, and played a pivotal role in major HR transformation workstreams and communications.
Before that, as HR Policy and Programme Manager at A2Dominion, Jay led policy development and the delivery of annual People Plans, ensuring compliance and operational consistency. He managed complex change control processes, provided ER case support, and represented HR at key committees and project boards, offering insights on people risks and impacts.
Earlier in her career, Jay spent nearly four years at the Office of Rail and Road (ORR), where she progressed through HR Officer, Advisor, and Service Manager roles. She delivered expert HR advice, managed recruitment and policy projects, led a team, and coordinated comprehensive HR service delivery during critical periods.
Jay began her HR career at Barnet College, where she advanced from HR Administrator to Officer within three years. She played a key role in rebranding recruitment advertising, developing management data packs, streamlining HR processes, and supporting HR systems—laying a strong foundation for continuous improvement in HR operations.
In addition to her professional experience, Jay holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University and is certified in Agile Project Management by APMG International.
