Pune, Maharashtra, India, January 2025 – Global Group has announced the appointment of Jayshree Rao as the Vice President of Human Resources. In her new role, she will lead the human resources strategy, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and compliance to support the company’s continued growth and operational excellence.
Jayshree Rao brings over 20 years of extensive experience in human resources leadership across multiple industries, with expertise in statutory compliance, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational transformation.
Prior to joining Global Group, Jayshree Rao served as General Manager – Corporate Human Resources at JUSTO Realfintech Pvt. Ltd. for nearly 3 years, where she played a key role in strategic HR initiatives and compliance management. She was later elevated to Head of Human Resources, further contributing to organizational restructuring and leadership development.
Earlier, she worked with Marvel Realtors as Head of Human Resources & Administration, leading talent management strategies and enhancing employee engagement practices for a tenure of approximately 8 months.
At Atmantan Wellness Centre, she served as Director of People & Development for nearly 2 years, focusing on organizational culture building, HRIS implementation, and leadership development. Before this, she held the position of General Manager Human Resources at Capricorn Group India, where she managed the human resource function for over 4 years and contributed to policy formulation and talent retention strategies.
Earlier in her career, Jayshree worked in leadership roles at Taj Hotels, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, and Prasanna Purple Mobility Solutions, consistently driving HR transformations and operational improvements.
