Atlanta, Georgia, United States, February 2026 —Jean-Anne F. has started a new position as SVP – People & Culture at First Advantage. In this strategic leadership role, she will oversee the company’s global people strategy, driving organizational effectiveness, talent transformation and culture evolution to support business growth.
Prior to joining First Advantage, Jean-Anne spent over six years at Nielsen, where she held multiple senior HR leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Vice President – HR Transformation, leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and strengthening strategic HR capabilities. Before that, she was Vice President – EHRBP Leader (Americas, Europe, Middle East & APAC), partnering with global business leaders to drive performance and organizational development. She also served as Vice President – HR (Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa) and Executive HR Director – APAC & Middle East, playing a key role in complex transformation, divestitures and regional people strategies.
Earlier in her career, Jean-Anne was Human Resources Director – APAC & Middle East at Gracenote, where she led end-to-end HR operations across diverse markets. She also spent over eight years with Rolls-Royce, serving as Country HR Manager – India, Sri Lanka & South Asia, HR Manager – South Asia, and Human Resources Manager – Marine, building deep expertise in workforce planning, M&A integration and HR systems.
Her earlier experience includes HR leadership roles at Nissan Motor Corporation, Jet Airways, and Marriott International, establishing a strong foundation in operational HR, talent management and organizational leadership.
With extensive global HR leadership experience across transformation, M&A, private equity environments and multi-region operations, Jean-Anne brings strategic depth and operational excellence to her new role at First Advantage.
