Belgium, December 2025 — Jean-François Bodart has started a new position as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Kronos by EPSA, where he is leading the transformation of the company’s commercial engine. In this role, he is shaping a scalable sales organization by coaching teams, upgrading commercial processes, and introducing new tools across staffing and digital procurement solutions.
Before joining Kronos by EPSA, Jean-François served as a Consultant, Trainer, Coach, Mentor, Facilitator, and Speaker under his independent practice BizDev, supporting organizations across Belgium. Over the past two years, he has guided business leaders in accelerating growth, strengthening their sales capabilities, and creating long-term commercial impact. His work focused on developing business development strategies, inspiring leadership teams, and coaching commercial talent.
In parallel, he created and led “How to LinkedIn?”, a platform dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and professionals master LinkedIn for customer acquisition. Through webinars, frameworks, and practical toolkits, he supported hundreds of individuals in optimizing their digital profile, content strategy, lead generation approach, and sales conversations. His work in this space positioned him as a trusted advisor on social selling and growth through digital channels.
Earlier, Jean-François built a strong entrepreneurial portfolio through his business B.I.Z.D.E.V., where for more than 14 years, he partnered with SMBs, founders, and commercial teams to unlock growth potential. His work included strategic consulting, interim leadership roles, business development coaching, solution selling, and managing long-term commercial transformations. His assignments spanned multiple industries such as staffing, digital marketing, advertising, real estate, and technology.
His experience also includes impactful freelance and interim mandates across organizations such as QJobs, SalesX, Ascento, SD Worx, Easymatch, Ariad, SBS Belgium, FCR Media, Futurn, and Century21 Belgium, where he contributed to sales improvement, operational redesign, team leadership, and market expansion. He supported companies in building structured account development systems, customer engagement processes, and future-ready commercial engines.
Earlier in his career, Jean-François held roles in sales, business development, and team leadership at Actief Interim, USG Financial Forces, Structura Business Property, and Start People, gaining extensive exposure to recruitment, staffing, client management, and local market dynamics. This foundation laid the groundwork for his later evolution into a leading commercial strategist and trainer across Belgium.
