Helsinki, Finland, September 2024 – Kaisa Tikka-Mustonen has been appointed as the Chief People Officer (CPO) at F-Secure Corporation. In this new role, Kaisa will spearhead the company’s HR strategy, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, developing talent management programs, and supporting F-Secure’s mission to deliver top-notch security solutions.
Prior to joining F-Secure, Kaisa Tikka-Mustonen served as Chief People Officer at Helvar for about 4 years. At Helvar, she was responsible for shaping the company’s HR strategy, leading organizational development, and driving employee engagement initiatives.
Before her tenure at Helvar, Kaisa was an Advisory Board Member of Think RE for 1 year, where she provided strategic insights and guidance on HR and organizational matters.
Kaisa’s experience includes her role as VP of Talent Acceleration & People Operations at Nordcloud for 2 years. She led global talent acquisition, people operations, and cloud upskilling initiatives, supporting the company’s hyper-scaling growth.
Earlier in her career, Kaisa was the HR Director, Merchant Services at Nets Group for approximately 3.5 years, managing people operations for a large business area across seven countries and co-leading transformations including acquisitions and mergers.
She also held the role of HR Business Partner at Nets Group for about 1.5 years, where she supported various HR functions and strategic business initiatives.
Kaisa’s career began at Tieto, where she worked as HR Global Resourcing for 5 months, responsible for global resourcing and employer branding, and as HR Manager/HR Business Partner for 6 years, managing HR functions for up to 700 professionals.
