Prior to this promotion, Jeana served as Associate Director of People Operations at VaynerX for two years, where she was instrumental in shaping HR practices that enhanced employee engagement and streamlined operational processes. Her strategic oversight in this role contributed significantly to the company’s growth and organizational efficiency.
Before that, Jeana was Manager of People Operations at VaynerX, where she focused on optimizing the resourcing and onboarding processes. Her efforts in this capacity ensured that VaynerX attracted and retained top talent while maintaining a strong and positive workplace culture.
Earlier in her career at VaynerX, Jeana worked as a Resourcing Operations Planner and Administrative Assistant at VaynerMedia, where she supported senior leadership and played a key role in managing client services and operations. Her diverse experience within the organization laid a strong foundation for her leadership in people operations.
Jeana’s previous experiences include roles such as Personal Assistant to the Head of Television at One Race Productions and Administrative Assistant at NCLUSIVE, where she gained valuable experience in managing executive schedules, client interactions, and social media content creation. Additionally, she served as a Producer for “Dancin’ On Air” at Omni 2000, showcasing her versatility and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
