Jeffrey Lentz has built a strong leadership journey at Lindt & Sprüngli (North America) Inc., where he previously served as Project Manager, supporting enterprise transformation and shared services initiatives prior to his elevation to Vice President – Human Resources. pasted
Prior to Lindt, Jeffrey held senior HR technology and HR operations leadership roles at Yellow and YRC Freight, including Director – Payroll Systems, Manager – Payroll System Implementation, and Vice President – Human Resources. Across these mandates, he led enterprise HRIS, payroll modernisation, shared services design and post-merger HR integration initiatives.
Earlier, he served as Director – HR Operations and Talent Director at HNTB Corporation, leading organisational effectiveness, workforce operations and HR shared services frameworks.
Jeffrey’s career also includes leadership mandates at EMBARQ (now part of CenturyLink) as Manager – Strategy & Architecture, and at Sprint as Group Manager – Business Analysis & Strategic Planning, where he built foundational expertise in enterprise transformation, systems architecture and large-scale program governance.
