Boston, Massachusetts, United States, November 2025 — Jen Miller has been appointed as Head of People at Portico, a new EdTech company formed through the integration of Campus Ivy, CourseKey, and Verity IQ. In her new role, Jen will lead the people and culture function, supporting Portico’s mission to create real-world career pathways by building an inclusive, high-performing, and purpose-driven organization that connects education with employability.
Before joining Portico, Jen Miller served as Head of Human Resources at Management Solutions, where she led HR strategy, organizational design, and transformation initiatives to scale business operations. Her work focused on aligning people systems with business growth and driving culture shifts to enhance agility and engagement.
Prior to that, she was Head of People at Scality, where she partnered with high-growth companies and private equity clients on HR integration, culture alignment, and leadership development across global operations. Her work included leading HR due diligence during mergers and acquisitions, developing learning and leadership frameworks, and harmonizing people policies across multi-country teams.
Earlier in her career, Jen spent eight years at Acorio (now part of NTT Data), where she played a central role in scaling the company from 10 to over 300 employees across three countries. As Vice President of Human Resources, she built the HR function from the ground up, driving 40% year-over-year growth and earning the organization multiple “Best Workplace” awards. She also led post-acquisition integration following Acorio’s sale to NTT Data in 2020.
She began her HR career with Kilda Group LLC and RGII Technologies, where she built early-stage HR systems, strengthened talent pipelines, and streamlined hiring processes.
