Austin, Texas, United States – November 2024 – Chuy’s Restaurants has appointed Jeni Nikoletich as its new Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Jeni will lead HR initiatives across Chuy’s expanding footprint, bringing her strategic vision to enhance talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational culture. With a career spanning over two decades in the restaurant industry, Jeni’s experience in HR, training, and operations makes her a valuable addition to Chuy’s leadership team.
Prior to joining Chuy’s, Jeni held various leadership positions at LongHorn Steakhouse for nearly nine years. Most recently, she served as the Senior Director of Human Resources, where she drove HR strategy and initiatives to support the company’s workforce across multiple states. Previously, as Director of Operations, she was instrumental in overseeing restaurant operations and ensuring service excellence across several regions in Florida and California. Earlier, Jeni served as Director of Training and Development, where she led key programs to enhance employee skills and align training with LongHorn’s service standards.
Before her time at LongHorn, Jeni was with Darden as Director of Training and Development for SRG. In this capacity, she contributed significantly to Darden’s training framework, establishing programs that enhanced skill development across teams. Her strategic insight into training played a crucial role in elevating Darden’s workforce capabilities.
Earlier in her career, Jeni spent almost a decade at Yard House Restaurants. Starting as a Server and Traveling Trainer for new restaurant openings, she quickly progressed through roles as Restaurant Manager, Associate General Manager, and General Manager before becoming Manager of Training and Development. During her tenure, she successfully led training initiatives for new restaurant launches across multiple states, strengthening Yard House’s expansion efforts.
