Lee’s Summit, Missouri, United States, October 2024 — Control Service Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer DeSchepper as the new Director of Human Resources and Environmental Health and Safety. In this role, Jennifer will be responsible for leading the company’s HR strategy and ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety regulations across its operations. She brings a wealth of expertise in project management, training and development, and HR leadership to this critical position.
Before joining Control Service Company, Jennifer DeSchepper worked at Coperion (formerly Schenck Process Food and Performance Materials) as a Human Resources Project Manager for nearly three years. In this role, she managed HR projects remotely from Kansas City, focusing on project delivery, training, and business process improvements.

Prior to her time at Coperion, Jennifer held the role of Director of Human Resources at Cartwright Companies for approximately one year, where she led HR operations, project delivery, and organizational development for the company.
Jennifer also served as a Resource Manager at Yoh, working with Harley-Davidson for four months, where she played a key role in the MSP rollout and recruitment surge for Harley-Davidson plants across the country.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer gained valuable experience at MT Plate Cafe & Catering as a Customer Service Manager for over four years, where she honed her skills in HR management, payroll, and facility management, setting the foundation for her subsequent HR roles.
