Cleveland, Ohio, United States, August 2025 — Vocon has announced the appointment of Jennifer DiFranco, PHR, SHRM-CP, as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, DiFranco will align people strategies with business goals, champion leadership development, and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture to support the firm’s growth and innovation objectives. She will lead initiatives in workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational transformation, ensuring talent strategies remain central to Vocon’s mission.
DiFranco steps into this role after serving as Human Resources Director at Vocon for over a year, where she played a key role in enhancing HR processes, improving organizational culture, and supporting strategic talent initiatives.
Before joining Vocon, she was Senior Director of Human Resources at Apple Growth Partners, where she developed and executed people strategies that strengthened organizational capability and performance.
Earlier, DiFranco spent nearly 13 years with Destination Cleveland, progressing from HR & Administration Manager to Senior Human Resources Manager. During her tenure, she led HR operations, implemented employee engagement programs, and supported the organization’s mission of promoting Cleveland as a premier destination.
She began her career in hospitality, serving as Sales Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group properties in Cleveland and Atlanta, where she developed expertise in client relations, sales strategy, and service excellence.
