With a proven track record of helping organizations scale sustainably while navigating complex change, Gaurav’s appointment reinforces Euphoria’s mission to shape future-ready, high-performance enterprises.
Before joining Euphoria Consulting, Gaurav was the India CHRO at DNEG, where he led global HR transformation initiatives, including the rollout of Workday, structured job architecture frameworks, and pioneering programs for leadership development, mental health, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. His efforts led to dramatic improvements in hiring efficiency, engagement, and employer branding.
Prior to that, Gaurav served as Chief Operating Officer and earlier as CHRO – APAC & EMEA at Xypnotech, where he built operations across BRICS nations and integrated people strategy with product and business expansion. His leadership saw the scaling of a new business vertical while building a robust leadership pipeline and culture of innovation.
Earlier in his career, Gaurav held strategic roles at Tower Research Capital, where he led the India HR transformation, reduced attrition, and championed shared services. He also played key roles in Rolta India Limited, building the Talent Academy and Leadership Development Centre, and in 360 Degrees Learning, where he consulted with leading companies like Glaxo, VLCC, Bharti Airtel, and Bechtel. His foundational experience includes stints at HSBC and work as an executive coach, TEDx speaker, and author.
At Euphoria Consulting, Gaurav will lead the North India practice from Gurugram, overseeing strategic client partnerships, transformation initiatives, and leadership coaching programs. His global perspective, deep OD acumen, and people-first philosophy position him to further Euphoria’s impact in driving culture change, agility, and business transformation.
