In her new role, Jennifer will spearhead the company’s global people strategy, supporting OPSWAT’s next chapter of hyper-growth while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with its mission to secure the digital foundations of the modern world.
Jennifer will focus on building a world-class employee experience, scaling HR infrastructure for global expansion, and embedding a people-first philosophy across all levels of the organization. Her appointment comes at a pivotal time as OPSWAT continues its rapid trajectory in the cybersecurity sector.
Jennifer brings over two decades of transformative HR leadership experience to her new role at OPSWAT. Most recently, she served as Global Chief People Officer at ZeroAvia, where she helped scale the people function and guided organizational development in a fast-evolving clean aviation space. Prior to that, she was Chief People Officer at Cradlepoint, part of Ericsson, where she played a critical role in scaling the workforce from 450 to 2,000 employees, leading M&A integrations, and embedding a culture of accountability.
She also served as VP of Human Resources at Roku and ServiceNow, contributing significantly to each company’s post-IPO scaling journey by implementing high-impact talent strategies, creating HR business partner frameworks, and driving diversity and inclusion efforts. At Align Technology, she led cultural transformation initiatives that supported revenue growth from $300M to $2.5B, and dramatically improved both customer and employee Net Promoter Scores.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer held senior HR roles at Dyno Nobel, SGK (Schawk), Cintas, and Quebecor World, where she was recognized for reducing attrition, establishing shared services models, and leading integration efforts through multiple acquisitions. She currently also serves as a Board Advisor to several forward-looking organizations such as Wayside, Growthspace, Ramisun, and Worksense AI, supporting their HR and talent strategies with deep operational insight.
