Before joining ZeroAvia, Jennifer Erfurth was the Chief People Officer at Cradlepoint, part of Ericsson, where she played a vital role in scaling HR functions globally. Over three years, she helped expand the workforce from 450 to 2,000 employees, led multiple M&A integrations, and implemented performance-driven HR strategies to support the company’s rapid growth.

Prior to Cradlepoint, she served as VP of Human Resources at Roku and ServiceNow, where she was instrumental in developing scalable HR infrastructure, managing high-impact talent acquisition processes, and leading cultural transformation initiatives. At Roku, she contributed to expanding the organization from 1,000 to 3,000 employees and successfully managed a $250 million acquisition. At ServiceNow, she was pivotal in growing the company from 5,000 to 15,000 employees, while leading large-scale organizational design and change management projects.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer Erfurth held leadership roles at Align Technology, Dyno Nobel, and Schawk (SGK), overseeing HR transformation, employee engagement, and executive coaching. She also worked at Cintas and Quebecor World, where she implemented strategic workforce initiatives and change management programs.
