Arlington, Virginia, United States, December 2025 – Jennifer Feinleib has taken on the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Affordable Homes & Communities (AHC). In this new position, she will be responsible for driving human capital strategy, talent acquisition, HR compliance, and culture-building across AHC’s operations in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Prior to joining AHC, Jennifer Feinleib served as Vice President of Global Human Resources at The Cadmus Group, where she led people strategy for a globally dispersed organization focused on sustainability and social good. She also held the same designation at Nathan, a Cadmus Company, playing a pivotal role in post-merger integration and strategic workforce planning.
Earlier, Jennifer spent over six years at Enviva, where she held dual leadership roles as Director, HR Compliance and Strategy and Director, Talent Acquisition, focusing on compliance systems, workforce planning, and recruitment. She has also worked with DAI as Recruitment Training and Systems Manager, where she led improvements in hiring and onboarding practices.
Her career also spans significant tenures at organizations such as AECOM, Aquent, and AOL, holding roles in recruitment, account management, and advertising business development. Jennifer’s foundational HR and program leadership experience was shaped during her early career with organizations like IESC, PT Ganesha Aggies Jaya, and mainxchange, across global locations including Israel, Indonesia, and the United States.
