He also served on the Board of Directors as Director of Programs for the San Diego HR Forum, contributing to initiatives aimed at developing business leaders through strategic and innovative HR practices. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Consultant at Apex Performance Strategies and as an Associate Professor at Mira Costa Community College.
