Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom, September 2025 – DFYNE has announced the appointment of Jennifer Gordon as Head of People & Culture. In this role, Jennifer will focus on building a people-first culture, driving organizational development, and aligning people strategy with DFYNE’s mission to empower individuals to define their own path.
Jennifer joins DFYNE after serving as Head of HR at Hostwave Ltd. for over three years, where she supported organizational growth and built HR frameworks that enhanced workforce productivity and employee engagement.
Previously, she held the position of Human Resources Director at Lifelink, where she played a pivotal role in shaping people strategies, employee development, and HR transformation initiatives across the organization. Before Lifelink, Jennifer gained valuable experience as an HR Advisor at BAE Systems Maritime – Naval Ships T26, providing HR support during a critical phase of operations.
Her career foundation was established during her remarkable 19-year tenure with Asda, where she rose through a variety of leadership roles, including Human Resources Manager, Regional Productivity Coach, Service Manager, and General Merchandise Manager. She was instrumental in leading HR agendas for large teams, implementing recruitment strategies, driving employee training and development, and enhancing productivity across multiple stores in Scotland.
Jennifer began her career at Malmaison as an Assistant Housekeeper, where she gained early insights into team management and customer service—skills that later underpinned her HR career progression.
