Prior to his new role at Jagatjit Industries Ltd, Shashi Bhushan Singh held the position of CHRO at Havmor Ice Cream Pvt Ltd, part of the global conglomerate Lotte Group, from August 2022 until March 2024. During his tenure, Singh demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills that significantly contributed to the company’s human resources development.
Singh’s extensive career also includes notable stints at Cipla, where he served as Director HR from January 2022 to August 2022, and later as an Associate Director. His tenure at Cipla was marked by innovative HR initiatives and policies that bolstered the company’s growth and employee satisfaction. Furthermore, Singh’s experience encompasses significant roles at Cargill India Pvt. Ltd, where he managed HR/ER operations, showcasing his ability to lead and innovate in complex corporate environments.
Before his tenure at Cipla and Cargill, Singh was part of the HR team at Heinz India Pvt Ltd, contributing significantly to the company’s HR and IR strategies. His early career saw him making impactful contributions at LG Electronics, where he held various HR roles, laying the foundation for his successful career in human resources.
