Quincy, Illinois, United States, February 2026 — Jennifer Jenkins has started a new role as Vice President Human Resources at Akralos™, bringing extensive experience in human resources leadership across animal nutrition, consulting, and industrial organizations. In her new role, she will support the company’s people strategy as Akralos continues to strengthen its position in the North American animal nutrition sector.
In her most recent role, Jennifer Jenkins served as Director, Culture & Talent – Feed at Alltech, where she led culture and talent initiatives supporting feed operations. In parallel, she founded and operated Five Star HR Consulting, providing organizations with practical HR solutions designed to build compliant, productive workplaces and sustainable people practices.
Earlier, she spent over a decade in senior HR leadership roles at Archer Daniels Midland Company, where she directed HR strategy and operations for the Animal Nutrition division across North America and the Caribbean. Her work included workforce planning, talent development, recruiting, performance management, and large-scale HR program implementation supporting a global workforce.
She began her HR leadership journey at Gardner Denver and Supra Telecom, where she built strong foundations in HR operations, recruitment systems, performance management, and employee relations, contributing to organizational growth and operational excellence.
