Appleton, Wisconsin, United States, February 2026 — Lisa Schulze has started a new role as Vice President of Human Resources at The Boldt Group, marking a significant leadership milestone within the organization. In this expanded capacity, she will oversee the company’s people strategy and HR operations as The Boldt Group continues to strengthen its employee-owned culture and operational excellence.
Prior to this appointment, Lisa Schulze served in senior HR leadership roles within The Boldt Group, including Human Resources Director and earlier as HR Business Partner Director at The Boldt Company, where she played a key role in aligning HR strategy with business growth and workforce development initiatives.
Before joining Boldt, she spent over a decade and a half at Alta Resources, including several years as Vice President Human Resources, where she directed enterprise HR functions across multiple offices and supported thousands of associates. Her work encompassed recruitment, compensation, employee relations, compliance oversight, and large-scale HR operations management.
Earlier in her career, Lisa Schulze held HR and employee relations roles at Anchor Food Products/McCain Foods and Associated Bank, building strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and leadership coaching that laid the foundation for her executive HR career.
