Camden, New Jersey, United States, January 2026 — The Campbell’s Company has appointed Jennifer Nocito as Senior Vice President, People & Culture, Supply Chain, Facilities and Communications, marking a significant leadership elevation for one of the organization’s longest-serving people leaders. In this role, Nocito will oversee people strategy, culture, workforce governance, and organizational effectiveness across Campbell’s integrated supply chain, facilities, and corporate communications functions.

Jennifer Nocito has spent nearly two decades with The Campbell’s Company, steadily rising through progressive leadership roles that blend legal, governance, and enterprise HR leadership. Most recently, she served as SVP HR, Campbell’s Meals & Beverages, where she led workforce strategy, leadership capability, engagement, and organizational performance for one of the company’s most critical business divisions.

Prior to this, she served as Chief Counsel, Labor & Employment Law at Campbell’s, leading enterprise-wide labor relations, regulatory compliance, workforce governance, and employment risk management. Her legal stewardship strengthened Campbell’s labor frameworks and supported transformation initiatives across manufacturing, distribution, and corporate operations.

Earlier, Nocito held successive senior counsel roles at Campbell’s, including Senior Labor & Employment Counsel, Labor and Employment Counsel, Associate Labor and Employment Counsel, and Assistant Labor and Employment Counsel, building deep expertise in workforce policy, compliance, employee relations, and organizational risk mitigation across unionized and non-unionized environments.

Before joining Campbell’s, she practiced law with Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads LLP and Pitney Hardin LLP, advising clients across labor, employment, and compliance domains, further strengthening her legal and organizational governance foundation.
