California, United States, February 2026 – Jennifer Ofner has started a new position as Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer at SESLOC Credit Union, stepping into the top HR leadership role for the not-for-profit financial institution. In this capacity, she will lead the organization’s people strategy, talent development, and culture initiatives as SESLOC continues to strengthen its member-focused mission across central and coastal California.
Jennifer transitions into this role after serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Development at SESLOC Credit Union, where she played a key role in advancing HR systems, talent programs, and workforce capability. Her elevation to Chief People Officer reflects the organization’s confidence in her leadership and strategic vision for people and culture.
Prior to joining SESLOC, she spent nearly nine years as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Community West Bank, where she led HR strategy and operations, driving organizational talent initiatives and strengthening HRIS capabilities to support business growth.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer dedicated over a decade to Superconductor Technologies, progressing from Project Manager to Human Resources & Payroll Manager, building deep expertise in HR operations, compliance, payroll management, and employment law.
