Washington, District of Columbia, United States, January 2025 – Jennifer Vinciguerra has joined IDB Global Federal Credit Union as its Chief Human Resources Officer. In her new role, Jennifer will lead HR strategy, including talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. She brings a wealth of expertise to enhance the credit union’s mission of serving the Inter-American Development Bank community. Jennifer’s extensive background in human resources, strategic planning, and leadership positions her to drive impactful organizational change and strengthen the credit union’s employee experience.
Jennifer served as Senior Vice President of People and Culture at VIPdesk Connect, a certified B Corp, for over a decade. She developed and implemented innovative HR strategies, focusing on employee engagement, retention, and leadership development, significantly contributing to the organization’s success.
Jennifer is an active Member of TroopHR, a national HR network that empowers professionals to drive change and create meaningful impact. Since April 2024, she has collaborated with industry leaders to share insights and foster innovation in HR practices.
Prior to VIPdesk, Jennifer worked at First Republic Bank, where she played a pivotal role in talent acquisition, employee training, and strategic planning. She successfully implemented new employee onboarding processes and managed comprehensive HR plans for various departments.
Earlier, Jennifer held HR and project management roles at PD Systems, focusing on employee benefits design and policy implementation, showcasing her expertise in operational efficiency and organizational development.
