Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2025 – Beco, an eco-friendly and biodegradable product company, has appointed Jeo Varghese as its Director of People & Culture. In this role, Jeo will lead efforts to build a high-performing, inclusive workplace, focusing on talent acquisition, development, engagement, and employee well-being. His leadership aligns with Beco’s vision of sustainability and innovation, creating a culture that supports both organizational and environmental goals.
Jeo brings a wealth of experience from his successful career in human resources and administration. Prior to joining Beco, he served as the Human Resources Business Partner at Diversey India Hygiene Pvt. Ltd. for over seven years. In this role, he led initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, and corporate wellness programs, enhancing organizational effectiveness across the Mumbai region.
Earlier, Jeo worked as Manager – HR & Administration at Sealed Air Corporation, where he developed comprehensive training and employee engagement programs while overseeing employee relations and welfare. His tenure there was marked by his contributions to improving employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
Before venturing into HR, Jeo gained valuable experience in administration roles at Dale Carnegie Training India, Dun & Bradstreet, and Financial Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. These positions honed his expertise in office management, vendor relations, and project facilitation.
Jeo’s early career included a stint as a Marketing Executive at Laser Super-Tele Systems Pvt. Ltd., where he managed client relationships and business development.
