With over two decades of experience and more than 14 years at L’Oréal, she steps into this prestigious role to lead marketing for the company’s luxury brands across Malaysia and Singapore.
Jenny most recently served as General Manager for Kiehl’s Malaysia and Singapore, where she was instrumental in strengthening the brand’s market presence and consumer engagement. Earlier, she excelled as Brand General Manager for Kiehl’s Thailand, crafting impactful marketing strategies and expanding the brand’s footprint.
Her career trajectory at L’Oréal includes influential roles across multiple esteemed brands, including Biotherm, Clarisonic, and Kérastase, where she consistently delivered exceptional results in brand growth and digital transformation. Prior to returning to L’Oréal, she also served as Managing Director at MSN Classified powered by Yello, further deepening her expertise in digital business and strategic leadership.
In her new role, Jenny will focus on advancing L’Oréal’s Luxe Division’s strategic marketing initiatives across Malaysia and Singapore. She will drive brand storytelling, consumer connection, and omni-channel innovation to strengthen L’Oréal’s leadership in the luxury beauty segment.
