Earlier in her career, Jenny held senior roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, serving as Chief Learning Officer (Services, Sales & Marketing), and at Sun Microsystems as Chief Learning Officer, Americas, building workforce capability models and leadership pipelines across large, complex organizations. Her earlier leadership includes serving as Chief Learning Officer at SumTotal Systems (Docent) as well.

In addition to corporate leadership, Jenny has built an influential portfolio across governance, advisory, and thought leadership. She is a Member of the Board of Directors at Go1, Plum, and previously served on the board of beqom. She also contributes as a Workforce Insights Board Director at GSV Ventures and serves as LP & Venture Advisor at SemperVirens Venture Capital.

Jenny is also widely recognized as an author and thought leader—credited with writing multiple business best-sellers including “The Data Driven Leader”—and is a five-time honoree on the list of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Tech, reflecting her influence in shaping modern people strategy, data-driven leadership, and organizational performance.

Education

Jenny holds a Master of Arts (MA) from Stanford University and an MBA from San José State University, combining deep academic grounding with decades of enterprise leadership experience.
