Toronto, Ontario, Canada, January 2026 — Greenfield Global has announced the appointment of Jenny Dearborn as its new Chief People & Enterprise Excellence Officer, effective 2026. In this expanded leadership role, Jenny will spearhead the company’s people strategy while driving enterprise excellence initiatives to accelerate organizational performance, strengthen capabilities, and deliver measurable business outcomes across Greenfield’s global operations.

Jenny Dearborn brings extensive global leadership experience across technology, talent transformation, leadership development, and organizational performance, spanning multiple industries and high-growth environments.
Most recently, Jenny served at BTS, a global business consulting firm, where she worked as Senior Client Advisor and also held the role of Chief People Strategy Officer. In these positions, she advised organizations on workforce transformation, capability building, and performance excellence—experience that aligns strongly with Greenfield Global’s enterprise-wide focus on operational and cultural agility.
Prior to BTS, Jenny served as Chief People Officer at Klaviyo, where she led people and culture initiatives during a key phase of organizational growth. She also spent nearly five years at SAP, serving as Chief Talent Officer and EVP HR, and earlier worked at SAP SuccessFactors as Chief Learning Officer, VP Sales, helping drive talent development and enterprise learning innovation at scale.
Earlier in her career, Jenny held senior roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, serving as Chief Learning Officer (Services, Sales & Marketing), and at Sun Microsystems as Chief Learning Officer, Americas, building workforce capability models and leadership pipelines across large, complex organizations. Her earlier leadership includes serving as Chief Learning Officer at SumTotal Systems (Docent) as well.
In addition to corporate leadership, Jenny has built an influential portfolio across governance, advisory, and thought leadership. She is a Member of the Board of Directors at Go1, Plum, and previously served on the board of beqom. She also contributes as a Workforce Insights Board Director at GSV Ventures and serves as LP & Venture Advisor at SemperVirens Venture Capital.
Jenny is also widely recognized as an author and thought leader—credited with writing multiple business best-sellers including “The Data Driven Leader”—and is a five-time honoree on the list of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Tech, reflecting her influence in shaping modern people strategy, data-driven leadership, and organizational performance.
Education
Jenny holds a Master of Arts (MA) from Stanford University and an MBA from San José State University, combining deep academic grounding with decades of enterprise leadership experience.
