Miami, Florida, United States, February 2026 — Jenny Pino has been promoted to Sr. Director – People & Culture, General Building Group at MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure, marking another milestone in her long-standing leadership journey within the organization.
In this expanded role, she will lead people and culture strategy for the General Building Group, supporting one of the most dynamic operating segments within MasTec’s Clean Energy & Infrastructure (CE&I) platform.
Prior to this promotion, Jenny Pino served as Director of Human Resources – Infrastructure (Southeast Region & General Buildings) at MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure, where she provided HR leadership across regional and general building operations, aligning workforce strategies with infrastructure and construction business objectives.
Before that, she spent nearly nine years as Human Resources Director at Lemartec Corporation, a MasTec company, where she led comprehensive HR operations and supported organizational expansion across major construction initiatives in Florida and beyond.
Earlier in her career, Jenny held roles at Marriott International as Senior Administrative Assistant for the Caribbean and Latin America Region, and served as Human Resources Manager at Doral Golf Resort and Spa, strengthening her foundation in hospitality and operational HR leadership.
She also gained early leadership and operational experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee and at Eden Roc Renaissance Resort and Spa as a Restaurant Supervisor, building strong people management and customer-focused capabilities.
