Chicago, Illinois, United States, September 2024 – Jerremy Howell has recently assumed the role of Chief People Officer at BarkleyOKRP, a full-service independent creative agency. In this capacity, Jerremy will lead the agency’s human resources operations, overseeing talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, learning and development (L&D), diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI-B) initiatives, compliance, and overall HR strategy to support BarkleyOKRP’s hyper-growth objectives. Jerremy brings a wealth of experience from his previous position as Vice President of Talent & Organizational Development at Publicis Health, where he oversaw employee experience, talent management, and organizational effectiveness for over 2,000 employees. During his tenure, he played a key role in developing leadership programs, optimizing employee experience, and reducing turnover, which positioned Publicis Health for continued success.
Before joining Publicis Health, Jerremy held the role of Vice President of Talent Programs at Publicis Digital Experience, where he successfully launched multiple learning programs, expanded participation in development initiatives, and bolstered manager retention rates. His strategic focus on organizational capabilities positively impacted over 5,000 employees across eight agencies under the Publicis Digital Experience umbrella.
Jerremy’s earlier roles at Leo Burnett Group and Epsilon further solidified his expertise in talent management, organizational development, and driving change initiatives. His leadership in DEI efforts and talent strategy at both organizations contributed to notable improvements in global operations, talent retention, and organizational culture.
