Windsor, Ontario, Canada, June 2024 – Jerry Martel has been appointed as the new VP of HR at Tepperman’s. With over a decade of dedicated service at Tepperman’s, Jerry brings extensive experience in human resources management to his new role.
Jerry Martel’s career at Tepperman’s has been marked by significant contributions and growth. Before assuming his new position as VP of HR in June 2024, Jerry served as the Director of Human Resources from September 2013 to June 2024. In this role, he played a pivotal part in shaping the HR landscape of the company, implementing strategic HR initiatives, and fostering a positive work environment.
Prior to his tenure at Tepperman’s, Jerry was the Senior Human Resources Labour Relations Manager at Loblaw Companies Limited from January 2002 to September 2013. During his time at Loblaw, he managed labour relations, handled employee relations issues, and contributed to the overall HR strategy of the company.
