In her new role, she will lead the human resources function for the NYSE-listed real estate investment trust, supporting strategic workforce initiatives and organizational growth across its national retail portfolio.
Prior to her promotion, Jessica Bush served as Human Resources Manager at NNN REIT, Inc., following progressive roles as Human Resources Generalist II and Human Resources Generalist over more than four years with the company. Her steady advancement reflects consistent contributions to HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement within the organization.
Before joining NNN REIT, she briefly served as Human Resources Generalist at Park Place Behavioral, further strengthening her experience in HR support and compliance.
Earlier in her career, Jessica spent nearly five years at Acorn Stairlifts, Inc., where she progressed through multiple HR roles including Team Member Services Generalist, Benefits Specialist, Human Resources Administrator, and Recruiting Assistant, building a strong foundation in benefits administration, recruiting, and employee services.
She began her professional journey in administrative, enrollment, and instructional roles with organizations including Accelerated Learning Solutions, The Berkley Group, and City of Life Christian Academy, before transitioning fully into human resources leadership.
