Frisco, Texas, United States – November 2024 – HEI Hotels & Resorts has appointed Jessica M Ferrer as Complex Director of Human Resources at the Westin & Sheraton Stonebrier in Frisco, Texas. In her new role, Jessica will oversee HR operations, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and supporting HEI’s mission of delivering exceptional guest and associate experiences.
Jessica joins HEI Hotels & Resorts from HALL Park Hotel, Autograph Collection, where she served as Human Resources Manager – Opening Team. During her tenure, she established key HR functions and managed recruitment and onboarding processes, contributing to a strong foundational culture for the hotel’s new team. Prior to this, Jessica was Human Resources Director at Renaissance Dallas North, where she led HR initiatives and operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives while driving engagement and retention strategies.
Before joining HEI, Jessica held the role of Area HR Manager with HOTELPRO, overseeing HR functions across multiple Texas regions, including Dallas, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. Her responsibilities included supporting employee relations, compliance, and talent acquisition, bringing strategic HR insights to each location’s unique needs and contributing to enhanced operational efficiency.
Earlier in her career, Jessica gained significant hospitality and HR expertise through various roles, including as Human Resources Director and Director of Operations at HHM Hotels, as well as in management roles at Omni Dallas Hotel and The Adolphus. Her experiences across these positions enriched her capability to drive HR strategy and foster effective team dynamics in complex operational environments.
